All glass parts and materials supplied by us will be of good quality, safe, free of defects, and compliant with standards recognized by the Botswana Bureau of Standards (BOBS).
4. Warranties, Repairs, and Refunds
We stand by the quality of our workmanship and automotive components.
Implied Warranty of Quality: All parts supplied come with an implied statutory warranty of quality. If a part fails to satisfy safety or quality standards within six (6) months of installation (barring normal wear-and-tear, accidents, or third-party misuse), you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with local law.
Warranty on Repaired Goods: Any specific repairs performed on your vehicle components carry a statutory warranty from the date of the repair execution.
5. Website Usage & Acceptable Conduct
When navigating our Laravel-hosted platform, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Injecting malicious code, viruses, or attempting unauthorized access to the application database, server, or cloud hosting environment (laravel.cloud).
